Postage and packaging

Postage & packaging costs are not included, and will be added, clearly marked, when you get to the checkout.

Custom drawings are non-refundable. In the unlikely event a drawing arrives damaged, please let me know immediately, sending photographs so I can provide evidence and follow up with the courier.

Under these circumstances, I will be happy to redraw your commission free of charge.

UK postage - Royal Mail

Custom pieces will be sent tracked next day delivery, secured with stiff non-bend cardboard packaging, or in a cardboard tube, size dependent.

If you are not available to sign for delivery, a card will be left for you to pick up from your local post office.

All other non-custom products will be sent first class with Royal Mail or internationally tracked with Royal Mail within 3-5 working days.

International Orders - Courier

I use a secure courier service to ensure that your drawings arrive safely. Size depending, I send them flat in stiff non-bend cardboard packaging or rolled in a cardboard tube.
